CRW Floor Screeding
Our Floor Screeding Solutions
We offer a focused range of screeding services designed to cover the most common and demanding flooring applications. Each screed type is selected based on the project requirements, substrate conditions, drying times, and the intended final floor covering. Our goal is to provide a level, stable, and durable base that allows your chosen flooring to perform at its best for years to come.
Traditional Sand
& Cement Screed
Our traditional sand and cement screed is a proven and cost-effective solution for a wide range of flooring projects. It provides a strong, durable base suitable for tiles, stone, carpet, and vinyl finishes, and is ideal for both bonded and unbonded floor constructions.
Flexible
Latex Screed
Our latex-modified screed offers enhanced flexibility and adhesion compared to standard mixes. It is particularly well suited for areas subject to movement, vibration, or underfloor heating systems, where a more resilient screed layer helps prevent cracking and delamination.
Self-Levelling
Screed
Our self-levelling screed is designed to produce an exceptionally smooth and flat surface with minimal manual finishing. It is the preferred choice for projects requiring tight tolerances, fast turnaround times, or preparation for sensitive floor coverings such as resin, polished concrete, or large-format tiles.

Our Screeding Process
We follow a structured and methodical approach to ensure every screed installation meets the required standards for level, strength, and surface quality. From initial assessment through to final curing, each stage is carefully managed to deliver a floor base that performs reliably and supports your chosen finish without issues.
Site Assessment
We evaluate the substrate, moisture levels, and project specifications to recommend the most suitable screed type and method.
Surface Preparation
The substrate is cleaned, primed, and fitted with any necessary membranes or insulation before screeding begins.
Mixing & Application
The screed is mixed to precise ratios and applied evenly across the floor to achieve consistent thickness and level.
Curing & Handover
The screed is left to cure under controlled conditions. We advise on drying times and readiness for the final floor covering.
